Joshua Forrest primarily assists with the firm’s Social Security Disability matters.

In May of 2020, he graduated from Rutgers Law School in Camden New Jersey. While at Rutgers Law, Joshua worked in the Rutgers Law Children’s Justice and Expungement clinics. He also interned at the Delaware and New Jersey Offices of the Public Defender.

Following his graduation, Joshua worked for three years as an staff attorney with Community Health Law Project, a legal aid organization in Neptune, New Jersey. While working at the Law Project, Joshua represented low income individuals with disabilities in a wide variety of legal matters, including Social Security, landlord tenant, consumer debt and estate matters.

In August of 2024, Joshua returned to Camden County and joined the Bross & Frankel team. He currently assists with the firms Social Security practice.

Joshua is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts of New Jersey.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys playing guitar, hiking, and spending time with his cat Dwayne.
