Mychal Giansanti primarily assists with the firm’s Social Security Disability matters.
His expertise is founded upon years of trial experience gained during his tenure as Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. In this capacity, he managed hundreds of cases from initiation to conclusion within the New Jersey Superior Court.
Mr. Giansanti is an alumnus of Rutgers Law School, where he participated in the Social Justice Scholars program, a scholarship initiative for students committed to public service and social justice. At Rutgers, he served as Associate Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter Journal and received the Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Award for his exceptional performance in the Rutgers Law Child and Family Advocacy Clinic. He was also honored with the Pro Bono Publico Award in recognition of his distinguished public service and named to the Dean’s List. During his time at Rutgers University, Mychal conducted legislative research for the #MeToo International Movement, undertook a Law Clerk position at the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of New Jersey, completed an internship at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and served as treasurer of the student chapter of the New Jersey Association for Justice.
Mr. Giansanti is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest and most esteemed academic honor society in the United States, an honor conferred upon him at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), where he graduated magna cum laude. During this time, he was also a research assistant at the TCNJ Cognitive Development Laboratory and a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the New Jersey Superior Court in Burlington County, New Jersey. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
