Bradley Honsinger primarily assists with the firm’s Social Security Disability matters at both the initial hearing level as well as on federal appeals.
Mr. Honsinger graduated from Camden County College in 2014 with his Associates of Political Science, and thereafter transferred to Rutgers University – Camden to complete his Bachelors of Political Science. During his undergraduate, Mr. Honsinger coauthored a research paper entitled “Violence Against Women,” analyzing the subject through religious and cultural lenses, which was presented to the Oxford Round Table by his coauthor Dr. Shaheen Ayubi and was selected for publication.
Mr. Honsinger also received a certificate in national security and performed an independent study researching Russian military capability for which he received high marks. Mr. Honsinger served as the executive board treasurer of the Political Science Society, as well as the Rutgers Choir in which he performed at his graduation. He graduated summa cum laude and made the Dean’s list every semester he attended Rutgers.
Mr. Honsinger continued his education at Rutgers University – Camden by entering Rutgers Law School in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Honsinger was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy, as well as an active member of several student organizations. While at Rutgers, Mr. Honsinger set up an exchange program with the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom, to complete his master’s degree in international law while also earning credit towards his Juris Doctorate.
In January 2020 Mr. Honsinger graduated from the University of Lincoln with Distinction and was awarded for best performance in postgraduate law studies by the University. His master’s thesis was titled “The Evolution of International Criminal Law” for which he received a first-class grade. He returned to the United States and completed his education at Rutgers Law School, graduating in May 2020 with his Juris Doctorate. While in Rutgers Law School, Mr. Honsinger worked as a summer associate for Locks Law Firm in 2017 and Siciliano & Associates, LLP in 2018.
Following his graduation, Mr. Honsinger worked as an independent attorney for The Artists Lawyer, LLC, where he drafted contracts for contractors and vendors in the wedding industry, as well as wrote articles for the firm’s publications on copyright, trademark protections, and starting a business. However, Mr. Honsinger wished to work in a field where he would have a more impactful role in helping people, and so in 2021, he joined the firm to assist in its disability practice.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey, Mr. Honsinger is a dedicated representative for his client, who uses his years of legal writing experience and oral advocacy to help them win their disability claims. Outside of the law, Mr. Honsinger remains active in his community assisting at local food banks, and is an avid fan of tabletop role-playing games and 3D printing. He also enjoys cooking on his weekends in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, while listening to Frank Sinatra.
