Santina Pescatore primarily assists with the firm’s Social Security Disability, and private Long-Term Disability matters.
Ms. Pescatore graduated from Temple University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. She then attended Temple Beasley School of Law, where she received her JD in 2019. During her time at Temple, Ms. Pescatore interned at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where she, assisted with preliminary hearings and misdemeanor trials. She also interned for the Honorable Rose Marie DeFino-Nastasi of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, where she wrote briefs and legal decisions, as well as fine-tuned her legal research and writing practice. While at Temple Law, Santina interned at the Temple Legal Aid Clinic, where she assisted indigent clients in custody and family law matters, as well as the Temple Elder Law Project where she assisted seniors at a local senior center writing wills and health care directives.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ms. Pescatore is a zealous advocate for her clients. Ms. Pescatore currently lives in Bucks County and in her free time enjoys a good true crime novel and podcast. Her aspiring goal is to adopt a corgi named Howie.
